Being able to view the over all health of your practice in snapshot is priceless. The ability to filter and target areas for improvement and implement them with ease simplifies the process. PBN allows me and my team to keep track of our performace as an office through KPIs. These numbers, when you can see them on daily basis, gives you a pretty good sense of where you are standing within the cycle of any given month. It has allowed of to growth in areas that we didnt even know we had flaws. It allows you to focus on the specifcs but also gives you an eagle eye view of your practice, team and goals. The onboarding and training is what made enjoyable for us to use PBN. With the number of features on the platform, Kevin Constantinovich , our trainer, made all the staff and myself very confident since day one to be able to dive into numbers and stats and understand the value of the platform and its ease of use.
