What do you like best about PR Underground?

If a client wants to have the press release land in Benzinga or MarketWatch, their best shot is with PRUnderground, hands down. Also, the UI isn't confusing like some other distributors. It's straight and to the point. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Where do I start on my list of dislikes:

1. Poor customer service

2. Paid extra for additional distributions and NONE of it was honored

3. Even the wire services listed NEVER were on the report

4. I had a release set to go out on a Saturday and it was NEVER sent

5. You get what you pay for

6. Gave this company multiple changes to prove to me I should use them and NOTHING...

7. I will be contacting my cc company with all my documentation

8. Should have known better with all the spelling typo errors on the site.

What do you like best about PR Underground?

Fast to respond. Easy to use platform. Also, I had a discount code and price is competitive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PR Underground?

I have embedded an image within an article, and the preview looks fine. However, when the article is published, substantial spacing is added and looks very weird on mobile. We have asked support to fix the issue but they couldn't fix it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about PR Underground?

The ability to submit ad-hoc press releases at any time and have them published to PR Newswire and be syndicated to 100+ publications is worth five times the cost.

The customer service is really impressive as well. I recently had to rescind a release before it was scheduled for distribution. The team at PR Underground promptly resolved my concerns, held the release, and was gracious when it was time to go to press -- updating the release quickly. What do you dislike about PR Underground?

The interface has a slightly dated feel. But I'm not paying for a pretty UI. I want results, and PR Underground delivers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering PR Underground:

Give PR Underground a try before you sign up for a more expensive distribution service. Also, remember that garnering media attention usually happens through 1-1 outreach with journalists. What do you like best about PR Underground?

The quality of the pickups is phenomenal. Every time we submit a story, we receive a good amount of pickups from good news sources. Customer service is also really great (on par with the pickup quality). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PR Underground?

We've been a customer with PR Underground for a few years and we were pretty disappointed when the pricing rose this year. While the pickup quality is good, we act on behalf of our clients and it was difficult to explain the increase in pricing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

You've come to the right place, but get to know a customer service representative so they can assist you when you need help. Their team will be really great at ensuring you're set up for success, and you can always get what you need straight from the source. Make sure you set up newsrooms if you're acting on behalf of multiple clients - very easy to use and helps manage all your clients in one place. Fantastic! Utilizing the SEO is another great add on for PR Underground clients. Just make sure you're using the right words or word strings to get maximum reach across their network of contacts and news sources.
