No dislikes about PR Newswire, I’ve used it during my last three companies, and it’s the best way to distribute to your targeted audience. I would like to see more improvements to the interface and reports, a quick overview of high level stats. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Press Releases are simple, and the platform is outlined thoroughly. I love the different fields to fill out that emphasize sections like a specific quote you want to be shared. Cision PR Newswire is exceptionally convenient. After it is published, you can see how many places have picked it up and how many readers/viewers each place has. As I mentioned previously, the platform is very user-friendly and is easy to navigate and submit press releases. Once the release is posted, I like the fact that you recieve an email notification, and after a few days, you then recieve a follow up email with metrics showcasing how the press release is performing (in terms of reach, etc.) And as a side note, PR Newswire has great customer service. I did have one issue with a release that wasn't posted on our website. The issue was fixed however so it wasnt a huge problem. I guess the only thing I would say is that the issue was something we caught, it was not caught by PR Newswire. PRNewswire is the service we use when we have our biggest stories, our most significant announcements, such as the opening of our half-billion dollar new hospital. I like that Cision has all of the relevant functions in one spot. I can create a custom media list for a campaign, then upload my press release directly in the software, send it out to contacts, and measure receipts, open-rate, and clicks all in one place. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
