What problems is PPT Productivity solving and how is that benefiting you? The biggest problem it has solved is the time and effort spent in powerpoint. When I started my new role post-McKinsey I was surprised at how inefficient I was in powerpoint without all of the shortcuts that I was so comfortable using. I use PPT Productivity for PowerPoint shortcuts to speed up making slides. I appreciate being able to make slides quickly and deliver high-quality client outputs. I find the McKinsey shortcuts built in to be easy to use, and I love that it requires minimal setup, enabling me to use familiar shortcuts to quickly create high-quality outputs with minimal manual effort. The fact that my McKinsey shortcuts are accessible. I don't have to learn shortcuts that I never had to learn at McKinsey, and I am able to accomplish almost everything I did at McKinsey just as efficiently with our proprietary methods. It makes PowerPoint feel much faster and smoother. Alignment, spacing and formatting take seconds, especially with the custom toolbar and the slide/shape library lets me pull in my own diagrams and frameworks without digging through old decks. Best feature of PPT productivity for me is definitely its ribbon, color toolbar and primarily formatting toolbar as well. This makes it so convenient to edit PPT in no time while ensuring presentation is prepared as expected.
