I cant stand them. They are a bunch of lying scam artists. After I paid, they accused me of doing something wrong that is not illegal, and I obeyed and while obeying deleting forms, they accused me of doing it again, when all I was doing was removing them. Busniess model:

It markets itself during your journey to find functions already availabale to you on your development platform (in my case, Wix). It obfuscates the options you're already paying for in your package, and then tries to extract money from you for the exact same fucntions.

Functionality:

I got it on my site. I started recieving responses to a poll I made with it. It says "upgrade to get more that 25 responses." Fair enough (though it's really very Candy Crush of them). But I couldn't look at the responses I had already gotten without signing into their app:

The app is on my site. My users are able to use it. But I'm not?

I tried signing in over and over, changing the password, again and again, and it just refreshes to the sign in/ sign up page like I did nothing at all. So I can't sign in and the only reason they're making me sign in is to look at the mere 11 RESPONSES I've gotten to one poll I've created.

I've wasted so much time with these people I figured I'd waste 5 more minutes writing this review.

Franz on the support team was great in processing a refund for an errant charge. He was prompt and the refund was in my account before the ticket was even closed. We use POWR for our websites that we build with Wix. We often discuss switching to a more "professional" platform, but in the end Wix and POWR are a convincing combination. It's simple to build, highly flexible, scales up with our business needs and is reliable.

What we appreciate the most: The ability to create forms with autoresponders, embedded in the website with no fuss or problems, and payment options included. It is bloody awesome. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The front end can be confusing.

Between Wix and the embedded POWR tools, it's sometimes a bit difficult to find the way to all the options and all the data.

There is a bit of a lack of transparency at times.

I guess 90 per cent of our support requests to POWR are based on that: We don't quite understand how everything works together, so we have to ask questions.

I suggest improving the applications, specifically targeting the events app. This improvement entails adding a feature that allows events to be assigned an expiration date. As a result, once the specified date arrives, the events would either be automatically removed from the events app or transitioned to draft status. I desire an enhanced capacity to personalize the appearance of each app. This includes access to a broader range of font selections and improved event formatting choices. The only thing is regarding the different plans, as the only difference between the free plan and the first paid plan is that you can remove the app's logo. In my opinion, the basic paid plan should include more things besides removing the logo. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
