They are a bunch of lying scam artists. After I paid, they accused me of doing something wrong that is not illegal, and I obeyed and while obeying deleting forms, they accused me of doing it again, when all I was doing was removing them. I will give them negative reviews every day until they resolve my issue. **What do you dislike about POWR?** They lie. They accused me of doing something publically that is not true. I was removing forms as they said, and they banned my account. I don't like anything about it. **What do you dislike about POWR?** Garbage. Complete and total garbage. Busniess model: It markets itself during your journey to find functions already availabale to you on your development platform (in my case, Wix). It obfuscates the options you're already paying for in your package, and then tries to extract money from you for the exact same fucntions. Functionality: I got it on my site. I started recieving responses to a poll I made with it. It says "upgrade to get more that 25 responses." Fair enough (though it's really very Candy Crush of them). But I couldn't look at the responses I had already gotten without signing into their app: The app is on my site. My users are able to use it. But I'm not? I tried signing in over and over, changing the password, again and again, and it just refreshes to the sign in/ sign up page like I did nothing at all. So I can't sign in and the only reason they're making me sign in is to look at the mere 11 RESPONSES I've gotten to one poll I've created. I've wasted so much time with these people I figured I'd waste 5 more minutes writing this review. Garbage. We often discuss switching to a more "professional" platform, but in the end Wix and POWR are a convincing combination. It's simple to build, highly flexible, scales up with our business needs and is reliable. What we appreciate the most: The ability to create forms with autoresponders, embedded in the website with no fuss or problems, and payment options included. It is bloody awesome. **What do you dislike about POWR?** The front end can be confusing. Between Wix and the embedded POWR tools, it's sometimes a bit difficult to find the way to all the options and all the data. There is a bit of a lack of transparency at times. I guess 90 per cent of our support requests to POWR are based on that: We don't quite understand how everything works together, so we have to ask questions. I can use my regular page builder for the webpage and then the POWR editor to match my brand colours for the fonts and buttons. **What do you dislike about POWR?** In the free version, you're limited to how many questions you can include per form and the POWR logo/info is displayed under the form on your site for your customers to see. I understand these wouldn't be issues on the paid one, but it's something to consider if you plan to use the free one. **What problems is POWR solving and how is that benefiting you?** I use POWR's form builder to gather information from clients interested in a custom order. Since custom orders require a custom conversation, the form saves a lot of back and forth if they can go through and select which options they want right from the start. Home-page popups would appear behind my content. I tried many workarounds to fix it, but I guess I'm just not HTML-savvy enough. We create an online form to assess potential clients. Being able to ask precisely the information I need to determine the viability of a customer saves me time.
