The user interface is complex. We've been relying on Axonom to make our configuration changes are are only now beginning to explore doing some of that ourselves. The powertrak CPQ development team is very capable. They are always willing (and able) to customize their product to fit business needs. We have been able to visually configure very complex products in a publicly available web interface using this platform. We interface with our ERP system via API and deliver customer specific pricing as well as specification documents. We had very specific desires for the UI since the tool is available for anybody to use on the internet. We also have a very complex product line and some 'off the wall' business needs.
