It also integrates into eFP and the data excahnge setup is relativly easy. Users for the most part seem to be able to jump right into it making the software easy to use. Setup of the sofware was also very easy, however we already have other TalentED software in use such as records, which ties into each other. **What do you dislike about PowerSchool Perform?** Support is lacking espcially when there is an issue between Perfrom and eFP. Some users have experienced issues with copy and pasting as they write their reviews outside the system and then paste them in once thier done. **What problems is PowerSchool Perform solving and how is that benefiting you?** Making evaluations easier to manage that at the HR level and being able to compare year over year the evaluations to see where excceds expecations and needs improvements truly are. ### 2. It is easy for end-users to review, comment and sign their yearly evaluation or probationary period review. The system makes these reviews available for future reference where in the past an employee would need to maintain thier own hard copy or contact Human Resources to view their file. **What do you dislike about PowerSchool Perform?** The system is very easy to use, there is not anything major to dislike. **What problems is PowerSchool Perform solving and how is that benefiting you?** Going paperless and moving our evaluation system to this platform solves several issues. The system will notify users that they have tasks to complete and walk them through the checklist. Users can view their supervisor's comments, respond to comments and digitally sign the evaluation form. The form is then stored in the system for future reference. The system also allows the attachment of files and artifacts if there is a need to record such items. It is easy to access and review any documents awaiting your signature from the signatures icon in the navigation pane. This system not only streamlines the entire evaluation process, it helps reduce paper which supports our district's sustainability process. ### 3. PowerSchool Unified Talent Perform is a fantastic hub for hiring and developing teachers. **Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Ashley M. | I, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.) **Reviewed Date:** September 21, 2021 **What do you like best about PowerSchool Perform?** As a teacher, I like that I can log into one portal and access my current contract and other signed forms, as well as complete my annual evaluation forms quickly and submit them to my supervisors. We already use other PowerSchool products, so the learning curve for this piece was quick! I also really like that this program creates a digital footprint that other districts across my state use so that if I were to transfer, other schools could see what I have already completed. **What do you dislike about PowerSchool Perform?** There are many places to click within Perform! When we first started using the program, it took us some time to navigate and figure out how to upload and sign forms. Once we got that figured out, it was smooth sailing. **What problems is PowerSchool Perform solving and how is that benefiting you?** We were using hard, paper copies of forms up until we decided to purchase Perform. These copies would get lost and damaged, so Perform has helped us keep important documents safe. ### 4. It is so great for a connection between teachers and parents. I use the grade book most frequently, and it is so clear and easy to use on both sides (parent and teacher). **What do you dislike about PowerSchool Perform?** Sometimes if the internet connection is lost, it does not notify you that the grades being entered are not being saved. Notifications on the lost connection would be helpful. **What problems is PowerSchool Perform solving and how is that benefiting you?** This has helped me close the gap with communication with parents. It allows parents with busy schedules to check grades any time without setting up conferences.
