The ability to a have library of documents that can be deployed to employees and have them digitally fill out the documents and then send them back. It makes sending and collecting important yearly documents a breeze. It also allows us to keep track of who did not complete the documents and keep up to date information between our integrated systems. Getting it set up was very easy, implmentation took less then 3 months and integrated with our other TalentED products and eFP system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about PowerSchool Employee Records? We have been using the software for just under a year and have not really experienced anything we truly dislike about the software. Keeping track of paper copies and who or who has not completed necessary paperwork had been a nightmare. It houses all of the documents needed for paid leave, files, professional development tracking, and other official documentation the school needs of its employees. Recommendations to others considering PowerSchool Employee Records: Sit down with someone familiar with the program for the first time. I like that I can write custom scripts using JacaScript for automating processes. Not sure if you can use any scripting language but JS is a good language to use. Sometimes it can be a bit tedious to get certain features to work. But when they do everything is seamless.
