The amount of time it takes for our information to get back into PowerSchool. We do have a unique set up and our support person changed from one year to the next which made it a little harder to get the second year set up. It is so easy for parents to log into their PowerParent account and get to the registration. No extra web sites, no extra usernames and passwords. Our parents really like that they can snap the contact information from one student to another. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The deliver of data back to PowerSchool is clunky. It seems way more difficult than it needs to be. It would be nice to have a mobile version/app for parents without computer internet access. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The "new" infosnap/powerschool registration page is a must for public schools. Takes the data entry right out of our hands and allows us to work with students in our main and counseling offices.
