Automatically assigns MQLs to sales reps in Salesforce. Speed to Lead has improved since implementing PowerRouter. We are starting to use PowerRouter to regularly assign all Leads in Salesforce to ensure reps have healthy pipelines based on Lead temperatures. What do you dislike about PowerRouter? Every once and a while a lead goes through a different route and it's not easy to determine what went wrong. It's really easy to visualize how leads are coming in and flowing to one rep or another. Salesforce native lead assignment isn't as user-friendly. We are able to see our entire routing flow and update it as needed. The PR team was exceptional in onboarding and worked closely with us to understand our requirements and adapt to our changing needs. We had quite a few changes as we started working with them. Using Power Router for assigning leads and accounts in a round robin manner for our teams. We segment based on lead source, geo and assign leads coming from the same company to account owners. We have been using PowerRouter for two years now, and I absolutely love how easy it is to setup and manage. Our lead routing was complex and hard to manage with multiple territories & product segments. Changing things was a nightmare.
