It's the best solution I have found to collect and display user generated reviews, collect and answer customer questions on the site, and syndicate the content to your partners. Not too much to dislike - I also work with other services (in order to work with their clients) and I wish they had the open-network view that PowerReviews does. The work itself is sometimes repetitive, but that's more the cause of having lots of content. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
