The ability to accurately assign predecessors and successors, and being able to save the template so you don't have to start over every time. Very user friendly. Unlike most other programs where you are forced to use the old provided by the program, you can actually mold Powerproject to work for you. There are many ways to complete the same task which is both a blessing and a curse. It's very customizable, and you can arrange columns in an order that makes sence for you. Adding a task breaks links between tasks. There are almost too many ways to do thins which can make the program overwhelming at first, but once you get sued to it, that becomes a great feature. It allows the user to find a groove that works for them and use it. There are certain parts of Powerproject that are very unwieldy. For example, when you want to create or edit custom columns of information in the spreadsheet, you need to save the file each time before each edit can be made. It can be OTT for small projects. The Filter function is not as good as P6, for example, you cannot filter out 1 activity and then use the function "go-to" its predecessors and they show up on the screen each time leaving you a view of the path to one chosen activity.
