From the PRM application this looks and works very similar to our Microsoft CRM solution that helps with adoption and some data and processes unification. We can configure our own processes and workflows without the vendor assistance since we have internal power platform competences. **What do you dislike about PowerPRM?** Initial setup and configuration takes some time but this was reasonable since we wanted to move our actual partner related business processes precisely into the platform. **What problems is PowerPRM solving and how is that benefiting you?** We needed a solution for partner acquisition and onboarding with co-selling functionality ### 2.
