PowerDMS. There are no more "lost" policies. Additionally every modification or revision is captured for future reference. **What do you dislike about PowerDMS by NEOGOV?** The training module needs a littke work. It us functional but has a great deal of room for improvement. More focus is being placed on training now and I look forward to the improvements. **Recommendations to others considering PowerDMS by NEOGOV:** This program will make your life infinity easier by tracking everything you do with a policy and also tracking the employee's actions with accountability. I wish we had this program earlier in my career. **What problems is PowerDMS by NEOGOV solving and how is that benefiting you?** No loss if the paperwork and tracking. ### 3. Great for accreditation and keeping your department on task. **What do you dislike about PowerDMS by NEOGOV?** The product works quite well. As most Law Enforcement agencies, we are under an increasingly tight budget. I would like to see a loyalty program where your costs get reduced based on how long you have had the product. **What problems is PowerDMS by NEOGOV solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are constantly striving for improvement in all aspects of our agency. ### 4. We used to hand write every subpoena in a book. Now we scan them and up load them into PowerDMS. This way we can show when they were uploaded, date and time of when the Officer signed them and we archive them in case we need to look back at them. ### 5. Any heartburn over that is usually quelled when the task is complete and the next becomes easier. **What problems is PowerDMS by NEOGOV solving and how is that benefiting you?** Problems with organization and accountability are largely resolved. The biggest benefit has been in overall process efficiency! ### 6.
