There are helpful descriptions and everything is laid out intuitively so it doesn't take long to learn how to use it. They also have a reasonable MSP program which makes it cost-effective. Support is responsive and helpful. I especially like that it gives us the ability to manage the client's SPF/DMARC/DKIM without having to relay the changes to the client's hosting provider. **What do you dislike about PowerDMARC?** The interface can be slow at times, not painfully so but there is a short but noticeable wait between clicks. Minor issue. Some of the "wizards" could be a little more clear. I came into this not knowing anything about how it all works, but I found that the steps were laid out clearly and I was able to go from no policy, through the phases of collecting reports with an unenforced policy, through quarantine and eventually the strict "deny" policy. Our deliverability has shot WAY up since putting this all in place. Once we had our initial "none" policy in place for about ten days, I set-up the free call with PowerDMARC support to review the reports and metrics that had come in. With those learnings we were able to progress to a full strict policy in less than two weeks. **What do you dislike about PowerDMARC?** I really haven't found any downsides. Some of the dashboards still don't make total sense to me, but DMARC support is available and the documentation, videos and tutorials are outstanding. **What problems is PowerDMARC solving and how is that benefiting you?** Our concern was that too many of our emails were ending up on our customers' SPAM folders rather than their inboxes. When you create a ticket, you will get a response quite quickly. I also like that they have a wide offering of service methods, like the MSP Portal, customer portal, and API. Sales is also very responsive. We've had excellent response from our account manager Garine Kevorkian. **What do you dislike about PowerDMARC?** * Usually, from the MSP portal, with MSP identity, when you enter the customer portal, the identity will shift to the "client" identity. So when you go back to the MSP portal, you will get an access denied message. Easy fix is to log off the "client" identity and you are immediately back in as the MSP identity. * Not sure if I missed this capability, but it would be great to create favourites for aggregate reports so you don't have to drill down each time. **What problems is PowerDMARC solving and how is that benefiting you?** Any DMARC provider can interpret the reports, but the PowerDMARC interface is easily grasped and the reports can be viewed in the one web page.
