What I like the most is that it is very intuitive and easy-to-use software. You don't have to be an expert in video editing to use it, as all the tools are visible, and if not, they are very easy to locate. It has many transitions and effects that allow us to bring videos to life, we can divide the video into chapters if we wish, record voiceovers, add music, edit it, etc. When exporting our edited video, it gives us many options. What I like best and the reason I ended up going with Power Director is that it is a physical software I could purchase one time and load onto my computer- not a recurring subscription. It is a very cost-effective solution for basic photo and video editing. Though I have not reached out to the company directly for support, there are a lot of YouTube videos out there from others who can help teach you new ways to use the service. I like that it goes above and beyond what you can do on an app or whatnot and gets into some of the more knitty gritty features when those are wanted or needed. It's not the most intuitive editor I've ever used. I find myself having to youtube how to do some stuff, but I also don't have much experience in the field. Easy to edit video with lots of effects and audio mixing options.There is also lots of features like triming ,animetion ,background change,layer and resizeing etc helps me a lot .No spicial training needs to run this softwer . I am useing this from 4 years . When i try to export long video (more than 10 minutes) needs time.Some ultra wide raw files not supported here. i think they can also add some more music,text and animeton feature on it .Also need more options in Croma kye and time management for the big export file. My favorite things about PowerDirector is how affordable it is and how often then update the software. Its really nice that the company is constantly providing new templates and graphics for the videos every month. We do a LOT of video editing so its really nice to have some variety. Powerdirector can be a bit buggy at times and has crashed on occasion, which can be extremely upsetting. I've also found that some customizable aspects are only available for tradition video shapes, so the mobile editing can be very limiting. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
