The one issue I run into with Power Church is that the data entry requires a little bit of run around when it comes to pulling up names. For instance, I have a blended family that has one child with a different last name than the other members. If my workers go to search for this person, they don't find it under the family name. It's relatively simple to track different class structures and age groups. When inputting new profiles, the filled forms are very distinct and distinguishable.

It's also possible to select multiple classes/grades at the same time by specifying the range of class codes sought. This does become one of my most frustrating pieces, though. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

If you don't have each group's ID number or class code written down/memorized, it's difficult to navigate. I have spent several fruitless hours trying to track down a certain age group or class only to find that I didn't have the correct class code.

Confusing, crashes regularly, unfriendly interface with only a couple colors, not graphically pleasing, the various functions are not easily distinguished or learned, poor help, no technical manual that I have seen. When I called in for assistance the tech was curt and dismissive. I've been told that there are additional charges with requests for online assistance so I avoided it after my first call -- no point in paying someone who doesn't want to talk to me.
