easily manage all your contacts and set to-do's for those accounts all in one convenient location

there is a small learning curve associated with this product.

managing long-term clients and the selling process.

**What do you like best about SDL ERP?**

I love it because it can be integrated with microsoft apps, microsoft apps are the most use software in any company and if it can be integrated into this then it would be seamless across all work flows

**What do you dislike about SDL ERP?**

The user experience should be improved and follow a great user intuitive interface

**What problems is SDL ERP solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We want to automize some of our efforts in marketing, this is now possible with power CRM
