I built PourWatch for the contractor who is the boss, the tech, the bookkeeper and the dispatcher in one truck. Every morning it pulls newly issued building permits from public city and county records inside your driving radius, scores them against your trade, and puts the hot ones at the top. You see the address, what is being built, how big the job is and how many days ago the permit was issued. One tap to call, one to navigate, and you mark each lead called, saved or not a fit. Pick your trade and the list re-ranks. Off-trade permits stay hidden, and the app tells you how many it filtered out. Coverage runs to more than 300 cities and counties, and the full list is public at pourwatch.com/coverage. When a city stops publishing, PourWatch says so instead of showing you a short list. Once you win the job, the rest of the work lives in the same place: today's route in service order, visit logs with photos and voice notes, customer history and gate codes, estimates with sales tax, invoices from draft to paid, and route profit that shows which accounts pay for the drive. Expenses map to Schedule C lines, with bank statement import, linked bank accounts, one-tap mileage and a year-end export. $49 a month with a 30-day free trial. The trial is long on purpose: a permit takes weeks to turn into a booked job.
