It's a practical and truly useful tool, which contains fabulous task management tools such as creating lists and tables to manage business tasks, as well as the ease of organizing subtasks and prioritizing activities, it is also easy to create reports and work analysis accomplished. Overall it is easy to manage projects thanks to the tracking of milestones and kanban boards that really make it easier to be able to carry out our work correctly and well planned. Collaboration tools were one of the first things that made us join Quire, since we needed to find a way to unify all our work and coordinate in the performance of tasks, managing content, projects and tasks together with forums where they are they are presented the brainstorming necessary to maintain the thread of our work. I like that Quire is a software that includes so many features that are relevant while keeping it free. I would say it’s an uncomplicated software, that would be described as simple by so many people including me, but I think that’s what makes Quire so powerful: it has tools that are easy to understand even if you’re just starting using a task management software for the first time; it makes things easily without any unnecessary features.

When I use Quire, I feel like it’s easy for me to write down my ideas and turn them into tasks that I can complete throughout the day. Kanban boards are also something that I love using, as they are customizable and adapt easily to whichever tasks or projects I’m working on. Its ability to separate things by tags has also been extremely helpful when working on multiple things, we can just simply put some keywords in the tags and we’re ready to go. From the moment I started using it everything worked as it should, incredibly intuitive without the swelling or complicated functionality that other project and task management platforms suffer. For me the killer characterizes it as the tree structure approach to task management, this is how a great task should be done, projected and divided into increasingly small manageable tasks. The interface may be too simple for some people or it may lack features such as chat, message board, rich text marking, etc. This could be seen as a good thing by others. Nor have prices been published, that is something to worry about especially if you invest time in adopting this platform but then it turns out to be too expensive.
