"Intuitive Tool, Essential Integration with Google Calendar"
5/5
What do you like best about Quire?

I use Quire to organize collaborative projects at the university, and it helps solve the difficulty of organizing collective projects with various tasks, deadlines, and people involved. I like the integration with Google Calendar, which allows unifying personal, work, and class tasks on a single platform. Quire helps connect project planning with the group's real routine, not just listing tasks but also assisting with deadlines for meetings, mentoring, and submissions that appear on the Google Calendar, which is easily accessible via mobile. I found it very simple and practical to set up Quire initially. Quire's interface is quite intuitive, making it easy to create projects and organize the first tasks. Additionally, I switched from Notion to Quire due to the ease of using the tool as a mobile app and the integration with Google Calendar. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Quire?

Overall, my experience with Quire has been very positive, but some aspects could be improved for beginner users, such as ready-made examples and uses of project templates, more visible tutorials. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Clean, Simple Task Management That Keeps Student Projects Organized"
5/5
What do you like best about Quire?

What I like most about Quire is its clean interface and the way it allows you to organize tasks using a nested structure. As a student, this helps me break down large assignments and academic projects into smaller steps that are easier to manage. It makes planning my study schedule and tracking deadlines much more organized. I also like that it is simple to use and does not feel overwhelming compared to other project management tools. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Quire?

So far I have had a very positive experience using Quire. One possible improvement could be adding more templates specifically designed for academic planning, such as study schedules or assignment trackers. This could make it even easier for students to start using the platform quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Intuitive Project Management"
4/5
What do you like best about Quire?

I find Quire very intuitive and easy to use. The user interface is simple and minimal, which is quite nice. I can easily put in all of the details, and it supports nested lists, making it simple to organize tasks. The ability to view tasks in the calendar view or the Gantt chart view is also great, allowing me to connect dependencies very easily. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Quire?

I think the calendar view does not look very nice. All of the tasks are always there, which is not very intuitive. Also, sometimes there are UI bugs and such. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"The Most Efficient Project Management Tool"
5/5
What do you like best about Quire?

Compared to other project management tools (such as Slack or Notion), Quire offers an intuitive UI that allows you to see the overall project progress at a glance. One of the main reasons I chose Quire is that it provides a hierarchical Todo List, which is an essential feature when managing complex projects. I’ve been using this feature extensively and it works really well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Quire?

After using it for a month, I haven’t encountered any major issues yet. However, if Quire had a chat function, I believe I could rely solely on Quire without needing to use Slack alongside it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"An Incredibly Simple Yet Powerful Tool for Student Project Management"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Quire?

Quire’s interface is extremely clean and easy to use, which is perfect for users who need to quickly get organized without a long onboarding process. The ability to create nested tasks and sublists makes it easy to break down complex projects into manageable parts. I also love how seamlessly it allows collaboration through comments and real-time updates, which is a big advantage when working in remote or hybrid academic groups. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Quire?

I wish some of the more advanced features, like detailed timelines and additional integrations, were available in the free version. Also, more customization options in reporting would help when managing larger projects. That said, for a free tool, Quire already offers a very generous set of features. "Quire is a great budget friendly Asana alternative"
5/5
What do you like best about Quire?

The best features of Quire are the vertical timeline calendar view with drag and drop from tasks scheduled for the day, gantt timeline view and filters. It is easy to use and gets the job done. It's also cheap and has student discount. It is very versatile and pretty feature complete. I used it every day. The customer support is very fast and good. It is easy to implement in the company and integrate with other tools with zapier integration and csv import. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Quire?

The UI and UX are pretty good but not amazing. It sometimes feels just a bit clunky. Also, sometimes it is missing features that would seem obvious. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
