Potion works really well, but the real value is in the team behind it: every inquiry is responded to promptly by multiple team members, every suggestion is considered immediately and even built or created within days, and they are constantly asking for feedback. While they are still growing, creating new resources, and adding more customers, they make every user feel like they are the most important user on the planet. There are certainly parts of the tool that have growing and expanding to do. It's clear that the platform is still young and you can run across a bug or a process that doesn't quite work perfectly every once and a while. That being said, all you have to do is tell the Potion team what you come across and they immediately start working to fix it. So don't let any of that scare you off! IT has a lot of features but the one that has been the most useful to me is the teleprompter. The teleprompter allows you to write a script and read it while you are recording the video.
