However, quantitative metrics like this only reveal half of the story. A high-performing product can still have its problems, which remain elusive and difficult to diagnose due to their qualitative nature. Potato Radar enables us to tackle the challenge of product evaluation by providing a framework for experiencing the product as a user would. By following key user journeys throughout the product and executing tasks along the way, we begin to shine the light on areas for improvement, as well as identify spaces for new product opportunities, from iterative refinements to innovative new features.
