The program is neither user friendly nor modern in any way. Not a good experience at all. **What do you dislike about PostUp?** We've been using Post Up for several years, yet I continue to find it to be dated, difficult to use, and unreliable. Things always feel kind of jerry-rigged. Dashboards are awkward. Image libraries are hard to navigate. Templates feel like they're from 2010. And I don't even have to deal with what it takes to manage and update mail lists. Just a poor experience overall. **What problems is PostUp solving and how is that benefiting you?** It's our email platform. I wish we had contracted something else, but making the change requires a bit of upheaval. ### 2. We've been waiting almost a week now and have only been told to submit a case, but for whatever reason none of us can log in to submit a case, but can log in to the actual tool. Also, the analytics could be much better. I would like to be able to look at the numbers on the fly instead of having to download their report when being asked about specifics. **Recommendations to others considering PostUp:** Make sure it meets all of your needs and not only the big items.
