**What do you like best about Postscript?**

Postscript is easy to use, provides OUTSTANDING customer service, and is super convenient! I love that I can schedule my texts, include photos and gifs, and the tips it gives is very helpful as well! The pop-up integration for my website was very easy to complete and works very well for gaining new subscribers. I also love the option to send texts to a specific group of customers instead of every subscriber!

**What do you dislike about Postscript?**

My ONLY complaint is sometimes it's a little difficult to use on my mobile device. So, if I needed to go in last minute and send a quick text it takes me a little bit. It still allows me to do it but I wish it was a little more mobile friendly!

**Recommendations to others considering Postscript:**

I've looked at several different companies for my text marketing to ensure I was using the best. I was early on in the Postscript community and leaving was never really a consideration for me because everywhere else I looked there was something I didn't like! Postscript has been so good to me and great for my business. I definitely would recommend it! If you ever need assistance reach out, they're so helpful!

**What problems is Postscript solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I'm reaching my customers in a new light. Getting DIRECTLY in front of them. Postscript is an ESSENTIAL part of my marketing efforts. I've seen increased revenue and increased online traffic.

**What do you like best about Postscript?**

Rich feature-set covers our needs. Extensive integrations – similar to Klaviyo for email, Postscript is seen by other developers as a leading platform to integrate with.

**What do you dislike about Postscript?**

Problems with reliability – customers not receiving automations, integrations briefly failing, etc. Design/UX works but does not feel competitive.

Communiciation with prospective + current customers, allowing subscription customers to manage deliveries via sms (!)

**What do you like best about Postscript?**

Where do I start? From the quick, easy setup (you can do it in 1 day!) & countless integrations (CRM, subscriptions, reviews, loyalty programs, customer support, etc.) all the way to the amazing support team, Postscript has high level marketing capabilities while also still feeling like a boutique company that caters to you & your brand.

Thanks to Postscript, we're consistently seeing SMS marketing make up to 10-15% of our monthly revenue plus a substantial uptick in monthly subscriptions! I cannot recommend Postscript & their team enough!!

**What do you dislike about Postscript?**

I'd love to be able exclude segments or include multiple segments for campaigns & a more user friendly reporting dashboard, BUT I will say, I've been using Postscript for about a year and they are constantly adding new features & updates, so I'm sure it will only be a matter of time!

Don't wait on it! It's such a powerful platform, with an amazing team, and he return is almost instant!

Quick & more personal responses to customers! Being able to tailor conversations and open a more fun & friendly dialogue (they love funny gifs) has not only helped to retain & engage with customers, but has also given me the chance to learn more about what kind of content they enjoy & what type of content to include more frequently.

Great for hands-on marketers. Easy to use, easy to build in. Customer Service is out of this world.

Missing some analytics for tracking list growth.

Shop around for an SMS provider and be open with what offers you get. They will match or beat any offer you get within reason. They have all of the tools of the big guys.

This is the fastest way to reach customers and GUARANTEE  they will see your message. We have the timed traffic spikes to prove it.

There is also amazing automations to help you make money while you sleep.

**What do you like best about Postscript?**

The functionality of this app is fabulous- it integrates with many other apps we use and the automations you can create are endless! The support team is stellar as well- fast response times and super helpful team. By far the best app for e-commerce texting- it has increased our revenue exponentially!

**What do you dislike about Postscript?**

There are challenges at times with the phone carriers delaying messages, but Postscript is great at warning you when this is happening. I wish there was a way to turn off the abandoned cart automation for sold-out products as we quickly sell out of products that may have been in someone's cart. Other than that we love it!

**What problems is Postscript solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Postscript helps us immediately capture the attention of our customers without competing with the overloaded email inboxes and questionable email deliverability.

Super easy to use app with great tools for building your customer loyalty with SMS. My customers love signing up and getting a coupon right away.

Running out of credits when I am watching my budget LOL.

Since the future of reaching customers is their mobile device - this app has helped me to reach them quickly. I had seen a dramatic drop in my email open ratio/click through rate and found that the SMS app is getting a higher click through rate.

Very responsive and helpful customer service team. The functionality is also great when syncing info between Postscript/Shopify/Klaviyo.

This app is by far our best ROI we have right now. Customer service is amazing too! Every time I needed them they replied within 5 min on the quick chat and without fail they always understood my needs and helped me with my requests.

Creating campaigns and testing are seamless! Really easy to work on quickly and not time consuming whatsoever. Along with that, I was able to create a pop up within my website in minutes!

**What do you dislike about Postscript?**

More information on how to size your images correctly would be extremely helpful. I had to spend some time figuring out how to make my images less blurry.

The problem I am solving with PS is lower email open rates. With SMS it's almost 100% for me! The benefits have been a strong increase in sales!

**What do you like best about Postscript?**

I love how easy it is to capture new subscribers through the on-site popup. Our customers who sign up for texts are more likely to convert than customers who sign up for email newsletters.

**What do you dislike about Postscript?**

It can be a little difficult exclude people from sends (there is no segment exclude option). There is usually workaround, but I have to spend more time building segments than I would like.

Postscript makes it easy to reach our most loyal customers with flash sales to incentivize purchase. SMS has also been useful for customer service because now our customers can text us questions about their orders instead of emailing through our website.

**What do you like best about Postscript?**

Postscript has some highly valuable integrations--including Klaviyo and Justuno. Getting all these tools to work smoothly together is very important to us and Postscript was by far the best option for this. 
Their team is extremely responsive and helpful and I've had no problem learning how to get the most out of the account.
The tool is intuitive and easy to use with many great capabilities.

**What do you dislike about Postscript?**

I can confidently say that out of all the tools out there (and I've tried most of them) - there's nothing that Postscript doesn't do as well if not better than the others.

Postscript enables us to capture customer phone numbers and send them both automated SMS + Newsletters. 
We've seen tremendous ROI for our clients.

Does not integrate with Omnisend. Does not show open rates. Customers get confused at checkout using these codes

I really like how easy and intuitive it is to use! I can create a campaign in just a minute's notice. The preview process is super easy and the support team is fantastic.

The credit system is a little hard to follow, but manageable,

Getting the word out immediately. We've found that after a push we have an immediate sense of interest or engagement where with email it's much slower. We have seen sales, which has been fantastic.

**What do you like best about Postscript?**

The interface is simple and easy to navigate.  Cloning and segmenting is straightforward.  And if you get a little confused, guess what?  Their customer support team is always so helpful and fun, yes I said fun, to chat with.  You can even send gifs in the chat!  Their super star support team member is Zev.  He is an ACE.  I actually look forward to connecting with them when I need support, because guess what?  They are quick to reply, knowledgeable and go the extra mile.  I've never closed a chat window without a genuine smile on my face.  This team rocks.  Period.

**What do you dislike about Postscript?**

The one thing I think they can improve on is connectivity to other platforms like Privy.  It's a competitive space, but if these two were linked, my clients would be super happy.

**Recommendations to others considering Postscript:**

If you're a Text marketing beginner, I highly recommend Postscript.  It's easy to use the onboarding and support team are top notch and it's easy for anyone to learn pretty quickly.  Ease of use is great when you are starting out, and PS makes it super easy.  It offers both MMS and SMS, which my clients use and benefit from when you have a strong branding element you want to maintain.

PostScript is allowing my clients to expand their brand voice and connect more directly and instantaneously with customers.  My clients have seen a boost in sales with targeted campaigns and an increase in converting subscribers to customers.

The app itself is great. They allow you to send SMS campaigns and automated flows, and actually have a human respond to any SMS's that are sent back. They also provide you with several best practice SMS automations that you can easily turn on.

And best of all, their Customer Service is AWESOME! They are always available on the chat and super helpful. They'll help walk you through and figure out how to set-up even the most segmented of automations.

Nothing at this time. I wish my customers would opt-into SMS even more. Best performing channel by far.

Sylvia really helped me out in a pinch on Thanksgiving Day. I was panicking because some of my Klaviyo segments weren't showing up. She fixed it right away -- on a holiday even! -- and got me square away within 10 min. Love the Postscript support.

Our company hasn't gotten into the full functionality of Postscript just yet. We had trouble getting our account integrated with and external application and our case was escalated several times. Sylvia on the Postscript team was very responsive in attempts to troubleshoot the issue. The problem was finally solved and our account is fully set up to begin SMS sending.

Nothing at this point. We're looking forward to diving into the platform and taking advantage of it's capabilities.

The platform is easy to use due to the simple and straightforward interface. If you use segmenting and automation in Email platforms (especially Klaviyo), then you should have no problems creating both in Postscript. One of the biggest benefits though is customer support. Zev and Shannon always provide great service and make sure the questions are answered.

**What do you dislike about Postscript?**

Analytics aren't bad right now but can be so much better. I know they are working on updates though.

SMS has made a comeback as being a preferred channel for shoppers, and Postscript makes it easy to do lead generation and communicate with subscribers.

I really like how you can create keywords for your customers to text and receive automatic responses.

Nothing really. The credits can be a little pricey, but other than that, the app is great.

Emails are not great as many customers do not open them. Texts are amazing because 98% open them.

When I have a problem customer service responds in less than a minute and they are helpful unlike many other platforms

**What do you dislike about Postscript?**

Segmentation could be a little more robust and also a little easier to understand, exclusions as well
A couple times there have been network errors but I'm sure that that's more of a cell company issue than an internal one

Reaching customers in a time sensitive fashion for limited time offers/delivery. Major plus to be able to reach people instantly and see sales accordingly

I like the easy functionality of creating a campaign, also the customer support in live chat is second to none.

That they don't yet have the functionality to send GIF's to AUS numbers.

The worst part about Postscript is that if you run out of credits your campaigns won't send. I would rather be auto-upgraded - this has caused problems with important campaigns not running as scheduled.

She walked us through the entire process from start to finish! She made the whole process stress free and easy! I highly recommend Postscript and its services. easy to use and understand, platform integrates easily with Shopify and sending or scheduling campaigns is a breeze. Segmenting customers makes it easy to ensure I'm reaching out to the right people.

I wish it integrated with hubspot so I could send  messages from there directly. I would have preferred a 10 digit phone number.

Postscript does a great job integrating with all the leading platforms like: Privy, Klaviyo, Gorgias, Shopify Plus etc. It also has some amazing features to grow your list and has the ability to make a lot of money from the SMS marketing channel.

My only compliant would be that I wish we could get dedicated short codes, but their shared short codes work fine and we haven't had an issue with them.
