I had three packages delivered and none do them reached or showed up in my app despite ups having proof of delivery. After many days of calling, it turns out they had no employees at the location assigned to me. My packages are apparently lost even though ups shows it delivered. I'm filing a lawsuit this week to recover losses. PostScanMail also allows businesses to access their mail anytime, anywhere, which can help to increase productivity and efficiency. **What do you dislike about PostScanMail?** One of the things I least like about PostScanMail is the lack of detailed tracking information. With traditional mail, you can track your mail all the way to its final destination, but with PostScanMail you only get a limited amount of information about the status of your mail. This makes it difficult to know where your mail is and when it will arrive. **What problems is PostScanMail solving and how is that benefiting you?** Postscanmail is solving the problem of inefficient physical mail processes. I also loved the option to digitally archive images of the items sent for future reference, without creating clutter in the office or a visit to the scanner myself. When I used to work at a coworking space, we used to open and scan peoples' mail for them upon request. It was a huge hassle, not to mention a liability- but we had so many requests for the service, that we felt obligated to offer it. Once we learned about PostScan Mail, we stopped and would instead refer this service. It saved our front desk staff a lot of time and our clients were generally happy to have a recommended option. **What do you dislike about PostScanMail?** I'm not sure how the pricing compares to other services but it did increase in recent years. I would also say that their app is not GREAT- truthfully it's not too bad, but I tended to use the web version for a better experience. **What problems is PostScanMail solving and how is that benefiting you?** The biggest benefit for my small, remote business was that I did not have to be physically present to check the mail, or chase down (and keep track of) checks and invoices from clients- yes, even with digital payments, many people still send checks by mail. It helped me stay organized, which improved our customer experience overall. ### 4. This service is absolutely useless. And they lie to their clients. I even cant find the given address on google maps. **What do you dislike about PostScanMail?** I wish I could give them a negative rating. I called them to ask if I could use their address to form a new LLC, and they assured me that I could. That’s the best way to sum it up. Long waits and bad customer service **Rating:** 1.0/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Eileen C. | Community Member, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.) **Reviewed Date:** July 03, 2018 **What do you like best about PostScanMail?** Price is reasonable and they had a address near us that we wanted to use. **What do you dislike about PostScanMail?** Because our mailbox location is not manned, the mail is sent from NJ to California to be scanned and then uploaded to their website. Mail is delayed by weeks with no way to contact the NJ location of our mailbox. Complaints to the main office don't help. If you've get something like a check, you then have to wait another week or so for it to be mailed to you. Customer service told me that I could not get another credit due to poor service because I had one already. So they can do a terrible job and there is no recourse but to change companies which we will be doing shortly. **Recommendations to others considering PostScanMail:** I only have experience with using the Newark NJ mailbox and the main office. This review is specific to that mailbox and the main customer service department. If you are considering using that one, I would tell you to find another company. They do not deposit checks and there's no way to contact the actual location where the mail is sent to determine if they received a piece of mail (like a large check that was sent by accident) or to find out if mail has been forwarded to their processing center in California. Multiple times we've had to ask customers to stop payment on checks because it takes 2-3 weeks for them to be scanned after they are sent to Newark. Then we have to ask them to mail it to my home if they can't send an ACH. This defeats the purpose of the mailbox to begin with. We are now going to switch to another company because the service is so bad. The main customer service department told me, "I do sincerely apologize for any inconvenience, but we are no longer able to issue credits to this account due to previously issued credits in the past." So they can do a horrendous job and there is no recourse available to the customers. We've been using this company for 2.5 years, and it wasn't that big a problem because it was a startup and wasn't getting much mail sent there. Now it is impossible to tolerate. They also don't give us a PDF of our monthly bill. I have to take a screen shot of the billing page just to have a record of my monthly payment. **What problems is PostScanMail solving and how is that benefiting you?** Our business is run from our homes so we need a mailbox company to receive mail that we have sent and scan it. If needed, the mail needs to be forwarded. We didn't want an obvious PO Box address. When it works, it's convenient to have materials scanned for you. ### 12.
