Nightmare experience. I had three packages delivered and none do them reached or showed up in my app despite ups having proof of delivery. After many days of calling, it turns out they had no employees at the location assigned to me. My packages are apparently lost even though ups shows it delivered. I'm filing a lawsuit this week to recover losses. Pretty terrible when a company called postscanmail cannot post, scan, nor mail. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

One of the things I least like about PostScanMail is the lack of detailed tracking information. With traditional mail, you can track your mail all the way to its final destination, but with PostScanMail you only get a limited amount of information about the status of your mail. The service is reliable and quick. I also loved the option to digitally archive images of the items sent for future reference, without creating clutter in the office or a visit to the scanner myself.

When I used to work at a coworking space, we used to open and scan peoples' mail for them upon request. It was a huge hassle, not to mention a liability- but we had so many requests for the service, that we felt obligated to offer it. Once we learned about PostScan Mail, we stopped and would instead refer this service. It saved our front desk staff a lot of time and our clients were generally happy to have a recommended option. I wish I could give them a negative rating. I called them to ask if I could use their address to form a new LLC, and they assured me that I could. So after I submitted all papers they all were declined due to that useless pmb # address they sold to me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
