The vendor support team is responsive and put in great effort to provide solutions for our challenges in a timely manner. **What do you dislike about Postie?** The data is difficult to work with: some of the data is received at month's end, which forces acquisition to work with estimated metrics. The data lives in a vendor owned S3 bucket which give us less control. **What problems is Postie solving and how is that benefiting you?** Postie helps in managing Out of Home campaigns and tracking customer conversions in this channel on a daily granularity. With this tool we can reach a the population of people who may not be too versed in online media. ### 2.
