One of the standout features is the ability to customize our Dashboard to fit our specific software requirements. I find PostHog very good at observability, though I'm not sure if I'm making the most out of it right now. We used the session replays a lot, and it would be amazing to get session replays inside our M365 add-ins. The main feedback I have is that the PostHog platform is quite complex. I use it maybe once a week, and every time it takes me a while to figure out where the dashboards are.
