Compared to Datadog, where every single session is separated by the user’s actions, here we only have a screen recording. This makes it harder to pinpoint specific events or actions within a session, where the Datadog helped a lot. Posthog has transformed the way we do product analytics. We cannot believe how well it has allowed us to replace several other tools in order to basically decimate our analytics saas spend. It's got a steep learning curve. Out of the box, you see barely no information about your site: visitors, the search terms they used to get to the site, the page they landed on... Yes, you can create those views probably, but for people coming from GA it looks like a lot of work just to start. And we need to do that on each site. So it'd be good to offer a "starter template". I like that PostHog has integrated many of the commonly useful *Ops tools into a single solution with a single method of code integration. All of the tools seem to hit on major functionality compared to other tools on the market. With a large number of tools, letting non-technical users find value is always a challenge.
