Posthero (posthero.app) is a direct mail automation platform that lets e-commerce, retail and SaaS companies send personalized physical letters and postcards as easily as an email campaign. Posthero prints each piece with the recipient's own data, envelopes it, applies postage and hands it to the postal service, from 100 to 100,000 pieces per campaign. Connect your customer data by CSV upload or directly from Shopify, Klaviyo, HubSpot or our API, and trigger mailings automatically by event or segment: win back inactive customers, reward loyal ones, recover abandoned carts, promote launches or drive traffic to physical stores. Segment and personalize with unlimited variables, just like in email marketing, and clean your database with AI (duplicate detection, error correction and address verification) before every send. Beyond marketing campaigns, Posthero automates certified letters, company Christmas cards and outreach letters to newly registered companies. Every campaign is measurable, so you can see the ROI of the physical channel alongside your digital ones. Posthero operates mainly in Spain and is built by POSTHERO SOLUTIONS S.L.
