"Took Our Direct Mail to the Next Level – Really Impressive Platform!"
5/5
What do you like best about PostGrid Print & Mail?

We’re a mid-sized home improvement company, and before PostGrid, we were doing a lot of our mail manually or through local print shops – very time-consuming and not scalable at all. What I honestly like best about PostGrid is just how simple and fast it makes sending direct mail to our entire database. The dashboard is clean (a bit of a learning curve at first, but not bad), and the automation is a life saver. We integrated it with our CRM (HubSpot), and now we trigger postcards or reminder letters after estimates are sent — all automatically. The print quality is solid too, and we’ve actually gotten good feedback from customers on how professional our mail looks now. Also, I’ve been in touch with their support once or twice and they’ve been actually helpful, not like those companies that just send you articles to read. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PostGrid Print & Mail?

There is nothing so far. The tool is very easy to use. and support team is awesome. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"From Chaos to Cartwheels – Our Direct Mail Finally Makes Sense!"
5/5
What do you like best about PostGrid Print & Mail?

Before PostGrid, our mailroom was kinda like a toy tornado hit it. Papers everywhere, labels wrong, and don't even get me started on returned mail. PostGrid honestly felt like flipping a switch. Now our direct mail campaigns go out like clockwork. We send postcards and flyers to parents before big sales or new product drops, and everything lands where it should (finally!). The platform feels built with real marketers in mind—drag, drop, click, done. We even did a birthday-themed mailer with the kid’s first name on the envelope and the parents LOVED it. It’s kinda wild how easy it’s made everything. No more taping stuff to boxes or licking stamps. Just focus on the fun stuff. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PostGrid Print & Mail?

Not a ton of designs that pop for playful brands like ours but they did not took much time to provide us with them. They are super easy to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"PostGrid helped us reconnect with local customers – finally something that works!"
5/5
What do you like best about PostGrid Print & Mail?

Honestly, the biggest win for us has been how simple and stress-free PostGrid made our mail marketing. We're a small regional food company, and we wanted to send out recipe cards, discount coupons, and event invites to our nearby community. With PostGrid, we didn’t have to worry about printing logistics or going to the post office every week. The dashboard is straightforward—even though I messed up a list upload once (my bad, not theirs), their support team was super helpful and quick to sort it out. Also, we really like how we can personalize each mailer with customer names—it gives a warm, local touch that feels more "us." Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PostGrid Print & Mail?

As mentioed before messed up uploading but that was our fault. Their team fixed everything for us. Kudos Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Helped Our Museum Stay Connected with Visitors – Even Offline!"
5/5
What do you like best about PostGrid Print & Mail?

Honestly, what stood out most for us is how easy and automated everything was. Our museum wanted to send personalized postcards and event invites to our members and past visitors, and PostGrid just made it seamless. We uploaded our designs and addresses and the platform took care of printing, postage, and delivery. It's like having a full mailing department without the overhead. Plus, we could target specific zip codes for our seasonal exhibits, which boosted our turnout a lot more than email ever did. The API integrations were smooth too – our CRM talks to PostGrid directly now, and it’s all hands-off after setup. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PostGrid Print & Mail?

Sometimes the address verification takes a bit longer than expected but it must be my internet. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Helped Our Conservation Campaigns Go Beyond Digital—Finally!"
5/5
What do you like best about PostGrid Print & Mail?

Honestly, PostGrid has been a game-changer for our outreach. We run conservation education programs and used to struggle getting attention with just emails or social media. With PostGrid, we finally started sending beautifully designed postcards and letters that actually reach people. I love that the platform is easy to use—even for someone like me who isn’t super techie. Uploading our list, customizing the design, and scheduling the mail—it’s all super smooth. Plus, the address verification just gives us peace of mind that nothing is going to the wrong places, which used to happen a lot before. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PostGrid Print & Mail?

There is no hickup at all in this product. It seems we are using it from so long Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"From Postcards to People: A Perfect Fit for Our Museum's Outreach"
5/5
What do you like best about PostGrid Print & Mail?

Honestly, what I like the most is how simple they make the entire direct mail marketing process. As a mid-sized museum, we were looking for a way to reach more local audiences and drive more foot traffic without spending crazy amounts on digital ads. PostGrid made it super easy to customize our flyers, postcards, and event invites and get them printed and delivered without needing to touch a printer or go to the post office. The address verification also helped clean up our old mailing list which had a lot of outdated addresses. The dashboard is clean, and their team helped us during setup which made things a lot smoother. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PostGrid Print & Mail?

Nothing so far. It is going beyond our expectations. Support is always great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"It Feels Like We Finally Cracked the Code on Direct Mail!"
5/5
What do you like best about PostGrid Print & Mail?

Honestly, what I like the most is how hands-off yet reliable the whole process is. Before PostGrid, our team was stuck doing so much manual work—printing, sorting, and mailing campaigns that took weeks to execute. Now, we upload our templates, drop in a data file, and the mailers are out like clockwork. The integration with our CRM was smoother than expected too, and their address verification tools catch errors we never noticed before. Our engagement rates have actually gone up, which was a pleasant suprise. Their support team also feels genuinely helpful—not like a bot reading a script. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PostGrid Print & Mail?

Sometimes the dashboard takes a bit long to load, maybe it's just my internet. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"PostGrid Helped Us Make Direct Mail Cool Again!"
5/5
What do you like best about PostGrid Print & Mail?

Honestly, we weren’t even doing much direct mail before PostGrid. But once we gave it a shot, it changed our whole marketing approach. The best part for us is how smooth and automated everything is. We’re a financial services firm, so we deal with a lot of sensitive info, and PostGrid makes it easy to send out personalized letters without worrying about mistakes or delays. The platform’s super user-friendly—we were up and running in no time. And the tracking is a huge bonus—we can see exactly when mail lands with our clients. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PostGrid Print & Mail?

There is nothing so far that we not liked. There were small hickups initially. But now everthing is set. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Finally Found the Right Tool for Our Mail Campaigns!"
5/5
What do you like best about PostGrid Print & Mail?

As a commercial electric company, we’ve tried a couple of other platforms for direct mail marketing but none really fit our workflow until PostGrid. What I like best is how simple it is to upload our contacts and send personalized postcards and letters. The integration with our CRM system was surprisingly smooth, and the address verification saves us from wasting prints and postage on bad addresses. Plus, their tracking feature really helps us know when customers recieve the mails, which we never had before. It’s helped us reconnect with older clients and promote new services without hiring an extra marketing person. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PostGrid Print & Mail?

There is nothing to be disliked about the product. Everything in going great Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
