What do you like best about PostGrid Address Verification?

What stands out the most to me is the accuracy of the address verification. Before using PostGrid, we had so many letters and onboarding kits bounce back—it was really frustrating and wasteful. Now, we hardly get any undeliverables. It catches missing apartment numbers, typos, even weird formatting issues. We once had a batch of over 500 letters and not a single one came back, which never happened before. What do you like best about PostGrid Address Verification?

What I honestly like most is how reliable the bulk address validation is. We handle a lot of client data from all over – not just Canada but also people overseas looking to immigrate. Before PostGrid, we’d send out info packets or legal docs and they’d bounce back or never reach the person. Now we just plug all the address data into PostGrid’s system and it cleans up everything—wrong postal codes, misspelled city names, missing unit numbers, etc. It's saved us so much money on returned mail, and more importantly it’s saved us face with clients. What do you like best about PostGrid Address Verification?

What I like most is honestly how solid the address validation feature is. We run client campaigns that often involve physical mailers—stuff like branded postcards or welcome kits—and bad addresses used to mess up delivery or make us look unprofessional. PostGrid flags mistakes in real time, fixes formatting, and helps us catch stuff like apartment numbers missing or mismatched ZIPs. What do you like best about PostGrid Address Verification?

Honestly, the address verification tool has been a total game-changer for us. Our historical data gets shipped all over—sometimes to archives, sometimes to private clients—and before PostGrid, we had a bunch of issues with returned mail and delivery failures. Since we started using it, the number of invalid addresses we deal with has gone way down. It catches formatting issues, typos, even weird edge cases like rural route addresses or P.O. boxes. We also like that it supports international addresses too, which we occasionaly need for our overseas researchers. It just saves so much time not having to double check everything manually.
