"Ideal for API postcode lookups"

What do you like best about Postcoder?

Had really good customer support. After starting the trial I was contacted to understand our use case but was not pushed for a sale. We didn't need any support as the API documentation was sufficiently detailed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy to integrate"

What do you like best about Postcoder?

Very easy to integrate. I intitally used Postcoder for an internal system to speed up address entry. We also use it on our customer service website for service requests. Customer service is great and since its been set up its worked flawlessly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Postcoder?

Somtimes I receive higher than normal usage emails, this isn't so much of a problem and good to know if it was extremely high. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Email alerts for increases in usage can be overzealous (e.g. alert because a site has used 10 lookups in one day instead of the usual 1 or 2 lookups). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Straightforward and easy to use"

What do you like best about Postcoder?

The dashboard is a clean dashboard, clearly shows the usage of the credits. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Postcoder?

The date selection of the usage dashboard is not that intuitive, it took me a couple of goes to work out how to select a start and end date, but that may be just me.

Also, the show all requests drop down seems to be showing all the same requests for each category i.e. if I select adress lookup and then select bank validation, the daily numbers are the same - then the daily numbers are the same for the other categories such as email validation, OTP validation etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I've never liked the credit package model, having to buy a specific amount of lookups in advance. A pay for what you use monthly billing cycle would be far better Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
