What do you like best about Postcoder?

The ease of use and their documentation is superb. Allowing me to hook up to the service very easily. They also have a wide offering of services that I haven't taken full advantage of yet, but nice to see they have a good ecosystem. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Postcoder?

Not clear how to add other members of my team there, it'd be good to allow other members of my organisation to manage it. Could just be something I've missed though Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Postcoder?

We've been using Postcoder.com for many years and have had a fantastic experience. Originally we just used it for address lookup, the platform has evolved significantly, offering much more than just postcode validation.

Hi, thanks so much for your positive feedback; we're really pleased you're taking advantage of some of our additional features and that you have found our support to be as helpful as we intend it to be. We appreciate the comment regarding the credit pricing; we did consider rounding certain credits to the nearest whole or half credit, but by keeping them rounded to the nearest decimal place it allows us to keep our prices as cost-effective for our customers as possible. We will bear it in mind for future price changes though!

"Quick and easy Address lookup"

What do you like best about Postcoder?

Postcoder is super straightforward to use and does exactly what I need it to—quick and accurate address lookup. The API is fast and reliable, and the setup was simple. Theres multiple options for address search and we are able to experiment with different options. The documentation was easy to follow and included everything I needed Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Postcoder?

Only thing to raise would be making it easier to do admin things like managing users. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Postcoder?

It has an API that's easy to use and implement, and it just works. I like the notifications that are sent so you can keep an eye on usage amount and credits remaining. Support (the couple of times I've needed it) has been great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"It just works for us!"

What do you like best about Postcoder?

Postcoder is simple, reliable and cost effective. It just works. The only time I have to think about is, is to add credits :) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We're using postcoder for a long time now, i'd like that if we ever run into an insufficient credit issue - it will add some to keep us going until it gets resolved. This has only happened once in 5 years. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Postcoder delivers accurate data, great support, and a smooth experience"

What do you like best about Postcoder?

We tried a number of different address lookup services before deciding to go with Postcoder.

Not only did we receive the most accurate address and location data from postcoder, but the help we received from the support team (especially Kit) and the easy to navigate admin portal made it an easy decision.

The API is fast to respond to requests. We haven't had any issues since switching to Postcoder Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Postcoder?

If I had to point out a downside, it would be that we didn't have enough credits to for our testing, so we had to request more. However the support team was quick to fix this issue for us Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
