I love the visual interface, themes, add ins and the templates. It is a fairly powerful software and has a lot of useful features as tagging, goal setting, in-line text detection and a decent filter. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
No where to get help or learn. Postbox only has a couple general tutorials/help questions for some basic issues. Their helpdesk charges $8 per request.
Hence if something goes wrong - which is common in any sort of innovative software, you are trying to troubleshoot things without any guidance. A lot of their features are powerful but not intuitive like html placeholders, adding templates, changing goals, etc. I don't mind the instability or the learning curve and I'm willing to spend time troubleshooting. However I can't do that without any sort of guidance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
