There does seem to be a lot of repeats instead of more new articles. Also, in this age when we are cautioned repeatably not to open emails from addresses we are not sure of, this recurring email was never mentioned in the North Highland onboarding, leaving people to wonder "Is this email harmful?" If we are going to tell users not to open unfamiliar email, let's tell them upfront about this email or change the From: address to "@NorthHighland.com". Yes, an argument can be made that they'll figure it out eventually when it keeps showing up, but then the next time something strange shows up we may figure, "well, this is probably just one of them ...".
