There doesn't need to be a picture associated with each article. We could review more content if there's an option to view available articles without a picture for each article. I find I write the post on Twitter first, then copy and paste to Post Beyond - it's an extra step and takes time. **Recommendations to others considering PostBeyond by Influitive:** It is a great advocacy platform and I would suggest capitalizing on the great training that is provided by the team in house. **What problems is PostBeyond by Influitive solving and how is that benefiting you?** Post Beyond is allowing us a centralized location to host advocacy materials and have them organized in key topic areas. Making the users have to write a new post copy is kind of sucky. Also - I hate that I can't tag corporate pages in the posts. I also like the Chrome extension which makes it even more convenient to share any type fo content from anywhere as long as I see the Post Beyond logo pop up. The best part is not having to do a lot of user training because of the product's guided onboarding and checklist. It takes only minutes to set up (including creating the account). It's very intuitive and users like it. The "Add to Queue" feature is really great because users can easily click and schedule content for the rest of the week without having to manually schedule. The interface is also nice, I love how it's organized by topics, featured posts, and latest. The reporting on the dashboard is also extremely easy. It takes me less than a minute to do my weekly reporting. The newsletter feature is also extremely easy to use. When I first started I didn't know if it was going to be a hassle to do one newsletter a week, but I only need to spend between 5-10 minutes on it. **What do you dislike about PostBeyond by Influitive?** My three main dream features/capabilities would be: 1) The ability to lets users/employees like, RT, or share a social post from the company or an individual. For example, the tool GaggleAmp would allow users to like my company's social post directly from the platform. I'd love the capability to do that for the times we're looking for more engagement on our company's social posts or CEO's social posts. 2) A way to attach documents and videos that don't require links so that users can upload those directly to their LinkedIn and other channels. Or for non-shareable/Internal only posts, I'd love to have an "upload file" feature. 3) The ability for users on the leaderboard to easily redeem their points for awards that the company sets up (Amazon gift cards, something to get shipped to their house, etc.). Maybe even integration with SWAG companies (Alyce is one example my company has used). **What problems is PostBeyond by Influitive solving and how is that benefiting you?** On the admin side, I can easily customize, upload, and organize content, as well as maintain consistent reporting. I'm a team of one and have multiple other responsibilities, so the ability to easily manage a platform like PostBeyond was super important to me. The only thing I really have to spend time on is creating the copy for the posts, so I'm glad PostBeyond makes it easy for me to focus on what matters. For users/employees, it helps them easily personalize content, builds a cadence of content within their social networks, tracks their efforts, let's them know what's going on with the company, and so much more. Users don't have to go through our website/blog anymore to know what content they need to share since it's in front of them in PostBeyond.
