There is always someone to help if you need it and it is very easy to use. It's very quick and I have no problems posting to any of my social media sites. If your in a business and want to increase your awareness, you need to have Post Beyond for your company. You won't regret it! It's simple to set up your account and will take less than 10 minutes. What other questions you may have? Can be answered in the chat box. **What do you dislike about PostBeyond by Influitive?** There isn't anything I don't like about it. It's a complete website that utilizes everything and will make your business better. Everyone needs to get PostBeyond. It's a full feature that will make your company take the next step and will never look back. It's a friendly competition too to see who is posting the most and gaining the most traction on their posts. I started in dead last when I joined the company, and now I'm looking to break the top 100 and only move up from there. **Recommendations to others considering PostBeyond by Influitive:** Don't hesitate to sign up for post beyond. It will increase your business and will connect you to so many more people. There is no harm to signing up and get better. Only harm for not signing up and missing out on opportunities. **What problems is PostBeyond by Influitive solving and how is that benefiting you?** It's connecting me to people and building a network I didn't know I could have. I've increased my network by 100 in just a couple of weeks. I've gained a lot of traction and have started a lot of meaningful conversations that are driving business forward. I've benefited so much and I believe a lot of people will too if they use PostBeyond. I've recommended all of my colleagues to use it as well as they were previously not utilizing it. This is what gets people engaged. **What do you dislike about PostBeyond by Influitive?** The inability to "tag" people on Linkedin or "mention" people on Twitter is a big problem. Essentially what this means is that PostBeyond helps with awareness but not in a very measureable way from the perspective of a social media manager. We are evaluated based on "engagements" and because nobody is mentioning my company or tagging my company we are not getting engagement. Also - it's frustrating that we can't preload copy for Twitter. And it's frustrating that the process of pulling content into PostBeyond is so manual. In general - to get the most out of PostBeyond would require a lot of additional time and effort than I am able to give it. For the price, I thought it would be a little more turnkey. **What problems is PostBeyond by Influitive solving and how is that benefiting you?** We have solved the problem of not getting amplification from employees. The point system and when you actually earn points is not as clear as it could be. Scheduling posts are also very easy and fast. There are many post to choose from, within different themes of interests. I see that it is possible to modify the content very easily, which saves a lot of time. Saving time is a key to PostBeyond. Not need to invest in a research of your own. And maybe the pre-created articles are maybe even more interesting than what I myself would have created. There are standards for convenience, but it is also possible to customize. Flexibility is important. **What do you dislike about PostBeyond by Influitive?** I miss more personalized posts. The posts to choose from are very generic. But if i had to try and name a few, I would have to say I wish there was an feature to filter articles based on what I've peviously viewed/posted. Trying to think of marketing material for my staffing brand can take quite a while, but with PostBeyond, I don't have to think about what I want to say- they have already created a caption! Being able to aut-schedule which article I'd like to share and when is also a great feature to use! This way, I get to stay active on LinkedIn while not having to constantly remember to create postings. I love looking at the leaderboard to see where I am as compared to my co-workers. The chrome extension is a little hard to use and somewhat glitchy. If your Chrome is in dark mode, the PostBeyond logo is impossible to see in your extensions menu. We could not add any commentary to the posts we scheduled or shared and we could not respond to comments or interactions on those posts. I also liked the auto-queue option. I currently have them set MWF a couple hours before I start my day. I've actually had internal talent reach out with appreciation. They spend their mornings, after logging in for the day, checking out my articles shared. I can set posts and walk away. I normally set calendar invite for Mondays where I log in and schedule out my postings for the week. it has connected my current job with former colleagues and co-workers that gain interest in my current company or can see what I'm doing. **What do you dislike about PostBeyond by Influitive?** Sometimes the pre-scheduling piece doesn't work. The calendar will not come up so we cannot schedule them out. We have to schedule them for now and then go edit and the calendar opens up. Sometimes the number of articles relevant to right now can be a bit dated for someone who wants to pre-schedule posting. In addition to that since everyone in the organization is using it then being able to see their posts has also improved my timeline. **What do you dislike about PostBeyond by Influitive?** I dislike that it isn't as easy to add content to Facebook as it is to add posts to LinkedIn I also wish that it would provide an easier way to make the dates be set up. When I go in and post for the entire month - I add from the first of the month then add every single day for the rest of the month. Unfortunately, unless the posts are completely next to each other I have to reset the date on it every single time. An additional downside is a couple of times when the links from the post were not accessible or dead links. Not only is the look/feel nearly identical to the desktop experience, which I feel helps adoption, but I really appreciate the number of options users have to be able to share content. The usual platforms like LinkedIn/Twitter are there, but to have the ability to send content via a LinkedIn Message, Instagram, WhatsApp and more - really opens up so many different avenues of being able to reach an audience. **What do you dislike about PostBeyond by Influitive?** One of the few pain points for me is within the post area. As the main admin on the platform, I'm always trying to ensure fresh content is available for users. To do this, I am usually adding in content in advance and currently, there is no easy way to sort proposed/scheduled content by day or time. It would be a nice addition to be able to see this on the platform. **Recommendations to others considering PostBeyond by Influitive:** When I went into the process of selecting a new platform for our employee advocacy program, I had a list of must-have features I wanted a platform to have. Based on my needs, PostBeyond was a perfect match for me. Doing this allowed PostBeyond to really hone in on what I was really looking for and the evaluation process was much for fluid and beneficial to us both, by doing this. **What problems is PostBeyond by Influitive solving and how is that benefiting you?** PostBeyond has helped our employee base become more active social sharers, which in turn helps to raise brand awareness and can drive new business opportunities. In my experience, most individuals who are not socially active and sharing regularly, are not doing so because they "don't have the time," or "don't what I should be sharing." With Post Beyond, I can now que up several different posts so that I can automate the process of sharing content. I think it is really easy to publish articles in little time. You can also tweak the content very quick. I save a lot of time and don't need to invest in doing my own research as I know these articles are interesting for my connections. PostBeyond is really easy to use and you can customize the page to your taste. It could be easier if you get a view on the frontpage of your queued articles. Sometimes I need to click too often to get a full picture. I would not say this is a big issue, but if there is one thing I would like to change then it would be this. If I can get everything in one click that would be amazing. I also enjoy the feature of scheduling my posts so that I don't "overwhelm" my network with too many posts. You can "deck up" 5-10 posts to be shraed at a desired time (maybe 9AM each day), throughout a two week period! **What do you dislike about PostBeyond by Influitive?** It can sometimes show too many articles and hard to determine which article to choose from. I also wish there was a language filter where I can filter out french or other other language articles that are not applicable to me. You have the opportunity to narrow content into subjects that relate most to what you do. AAA has many business lines but I narrow down to just travel related content. **What do you dislike about PostBeyond by Influitive?** Site can sometimes be glitchy and not post correctly. For example, sometimes it only posts the link without the picture. This makes posts less appealing to the audiences. Also I do not like how it presents on Instagram. It doesn't seem to transfer over to Instagram as nicely as all of the other platforms. Lastly, I wish you could link multiple Facebook accounts (business and personal) and be able to switch between them. There is some content I would like to share on my personal account but I do not have the opportunity to switch between them. **Recommendations to others considering PostBeyond by Influitive:** It is an amazing tool to make social media easy and accessible to all! **What problems is PostBeyond by Influitive solving and how is that benefiting you?** It is nice to have easily post content for your social media when you are out of ideas. It is not always easy thinking of things to post every single day. I use Postbeyond in addition to my original content to give a good amount of variety to my social media. Also, I love how Postbeyond lets your track your content and the interactions. I love to see how many people actually clicked through to the content in the link. It's hard to know how many people you actually reach with a post but with Postbeyond, it does the work for you. ### 45. Empowering people to share the knowledge with the public and let them know about how the organization is impacting the society in good way and how externals can react, discuss and share that with other people, it's great networking and word-of-mouth. **What do you dislike about PostBeyond by Influitive?** Sharing topics that might not be relevant, and sometimes it allow people to share topics even without reading the whole article, which I don't find so efficient. **Recommendations to others considering PostBeyond by Influitive:** Open Postbeyond every day, check the new posts, also share posts and articles that you might find important to others, as through Postbeyond it might reach a big audience than if you share it only using your profile. You can also write and share articles with your thoughts, whether about business or any other topic. Also it allow me to ready everyday in different topics and expand my knowledge and exposure to different areas which might trigger actions or ideas that I might use in my areas of expertise. Also, I like how it creates keynote speakers in different areas that really shows how the entity is empowering its people to spread the knowledge and share the news with other people, also add value to what they are sharing by giving their personal feedback, as a message without a personal feedback lacks alot. ### 46. Postbeyond also have ready article suggested. Postbeyond has a very smooth experience allowing you to choose and read the article before scheduling the sharing. Postbeyond also has the functionality to suggest read worthy articles to your other colleagues. Postbeyond makes it easy for user on the move by having a mobile app. The experience on the mobile apps is the same as the website. There is a leaderboard to always see where you against with your peers and challenge yourself to work harder. **What do you dislike about PostBeyond by Influitive?** Postbeyond could have more articles suggested. Postbeyond could also include other social media currently has three which Linkedin, Twitter and Facebook. **What problems is PostBeyond by Influitive solving and how is that benefiting you?** In the current working environment people are often time scarce, postbeyond will allow you to have consistent social media presence. I also like how when you click the trophy, you can see everyone's ranking in the company of how much they use PostBeyond. It adds slight competitiveness to it! **What do you dislike about PostBeyond by Influitive?** What I don't like is how I need to go back and check PostBeyond platform if there are new articles that are posted. I would rather prefer an email notification that can send once at the end of the day of all the articles that are newly posted on PostBeyond - this way I can add those postings to my queue. **What problems is PostBeyond by Influitive solving and how is that benefiting you?** A benefit that I realized is that it is easy marketing for my company. Since I only post in LinkedIn and LinkedIn is my professional network, there are people who will like my post and that will promote my postings to the top of someone's network. No more having to copy and paste on each social network. This way I select the network and share once and am done. I also LOVE being able to schedule posts ahead of time making it easy to keep active without logging in to all my networks every day! **What do you dislike about PostBeyond by Influitive?** The only thing I don't like is that the app isn't as friendly with Instagram as I would like. Also, for the leader board, the people who just post everything for the points will never be beaten for contests etc. I think once someone wins a contest, they should be taken out of the running for new ones. One person at my company has 40,000+ points because she just shares EVERY company posts. The layout is super clean and easy to navigate, I've gotten excellent feedback from my team members that use it every day. The new platform updates are great too, I'm glad I'm able to auto-subscribe team members to specific topics. We were also able to build an SSO for the platform to help with managing our user base and weed out team members who are no longer with the organization. We have an amazing Customer Service Rep who is very helpful in hosting training sessions for team members any time we would like. **What do you dislike about PostBeyond by Influitive?** I would say the grouping/segmentation could use a bit of finessing. We have a large company and I need to get super granular with grouping in order to gain insights into each team's performance, but often times, I wish I could simply broadcast a post to multiple groups with the click of one button. **What problems is PostBeyond by Influitive solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are expanding our reach on social in a big way, we are majorly amplifying our brand's voice and now have access to so many more audience members to boost our recruitment marketing efforts.
