Prior to using Postal, we utilized email automation and had our sales team send handwritten notes to clients and prospects. Since implementation we have added direct mail automation to our email automation and increased our response rates by 23%. Additionally, we have saved our small sales team multiple hours a week by automating handwritten communication through the postal platform. **What do you dislike about Postal by Sendoso?** They address any questions promptly and our set up was a breeze. Up and running within the day. **What problems is Postal by Sendoso solving and how is that benefiting you?** Time savings, response rate increase, net retention improvement and more 'touch points' with our customers made Postal have an immediate and noticeable impact. ### 2. That's important when I'm aiming to maximize efficiency anywhere you are spending money on a tool. **What do you dislike about Postal by Sendoso?** I hope to see the interface get a little more streamlined and easy to use. That being said, the core product is great so the rest is easily fixable with a little time. **What problems is Postal by Sendoso solving and how is that benefiting you?** My main problem that I was trying to solve was long sales cycles. Postal.io has helped me to have better and more consistent follow up with my prospects in order to shorten that time where customer success can come in to help on-board them. ### 3. I like that I can approve what my team has access to send as well, this makes it incredibly easy for us to budget and automate our gifting. We have a schedule that we like to keep - lease renewals, contract closures, and significant personal dates (birthdays, anniversaries, etc...). Previously our team had an outlook calendar that would remind us of these dates and we would do our best to send items to our tenants, but it was very manual and I honestly have no idea how many we were successful in doing nor what the price point was. However now this is all fairly automated for us, Postal has simple streamlined invoicing so we have been able to do this really easily for 2 months now. For a business in real estate, maintaining relationships with our tenants is incredibly important - especially now - and Postal has just made it so much easier when we can't visit them or support them in person. **What do you dislike about Postal by Sendoso?** They are somewhat new to the market I think so they push out new features and updates pretty often. It's great, but my team isn't the fastest at learning new tech, so sometimes it's challenging to keep up. Luckily their customer service team has been very supportive (and patient!). **Recommendations to others considering Postal by Sendoso:** We found the Postal team to be really great at helping us with some of our ideas, so I would suggest talking to them about what you are doing and what your long term goal is. I normally try to avoid working with the sales teams too closely (fear of getting over sold), but they were really helpful. We really didn't think we would be able to set up as much as we did, but it was really easy with them and they had some good ideas that we hadn't thought of before. **What problems is Postal by Sendoso solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are trying to find an easy way to send personalized gifts to our tenants/clients. So far (only using for 2mo) between set up and usage it has been incredibly easy to use and we have been able to scale it to all of the dates we had hoped to send on. We are in the relationship business and right now, it's really hard for us to do that over just email and video calls - so it's nice that Postal has helped us give a personal touch when we can't visit our tenants in peson. ### 4.
