The search function can be quite annoying across the platform. For example when you search back in your Orders, it only filters based on the page you're on. So you would need to click through page by page either way to find past Orders. Sometimes the search is iffy when searching for certain items in the marketplace, too. There are some glitches in the website, and the search functions are sometimes not that great. As well, I wish there was a way to see what messaging my team is sending along with a gift, so I could better pinpoint what is working and what is not.

It is incredibly tough to get in touch with anyone at the company for support. We used to have a dedicated point of contact but no longer. Anytime I have an issue arise I have to jump through hoops just to try and get in touch with anyone. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
