As somebody setting up an affiliate program for the first time ever, I *really* appreciated the fact that the support was always there and ready to help. I've messaged them maybe 20-30 times in total before I even purchased the tool, with various technical questions about setting the tool up or legal questions that I needed to answer for our ToS.
