Portravo helps US construction teams turn PDF plan sets into takeoffs and estimate workbooks. Users choose the project and trades, review quantities against the drawings, and work with automated or team-assisted takeoffs according to the supported scope. Supported quantities can be priced using published assemblies and available material pricing, with the user's labor rates, overhead and margin. Local supplier coverage varies; reference prices are identified and items without a suitable basis remain unpriced for a supplier quote. Users can review and export estimates to Excel or PDF. Takeoffs and prices require professional review before a bid or purchase. Operated by Soxoa LLC.
