Portrait by Happily is a free self awareness and feedback tool based on the Johari Window framework. It helps individuals and teams discover blind spots by comparing how they see themselves with how others see them through structured peer feedback. The tool works in three steps. First, users select traits they believe describe themselves. Then they share a link with trusted colleagues, friends, or family members to gather outside perspectives. Once enough responses come in, Portrait generates a detailed portrait that compares self perception with how others experience the user. Key outputs include: - Johari Window analysis across four quadrants: Open (known to all), Blind Spots (others see but you do not), Hidden (you see but others do not), and Unknown - Trait analysis showing which characteristics others notice most - Skills mapping across communication, leadership, and creativity - A personal narrative that synthesizes how others experience you - A growth roadmap with development suggestions based on blind spots and hidden strengths Portrait is designed for anyone interested in personal growth and self awareness, from individual contributors to senior leaders. Common use cases include manager and leadership development, team offsites and 360 degree feedback exercises, onboarding, and coaching engagements. The Personal plan is free forever and includes unlimited invitations. A Teams plan is available at $50 for groups of 10, with volume discounts for larger teams.
