I find PortPro to be the perfect fit for our drayage business as it addresses the main challenges we face daily. There are still a few things in development that limit our complete transition. We have to use two driver apps to maintain our fleet, that is Samsara and PortPro. The integration has not been seamless and seem to be still under development. This is possibly the biggest hang up that causes many issues like getting documents from the drivers in a timely manor, or proper time tracking between routes.
