"A Reliable and Time-Saving Marketing Reporting Solution"
5/5
What do you like best about Porter?

What I like most about Porter is how easy it makes it to connect multiple marketing and advertising platforms in one place. Setup is quick, the data sync is reliable, and it saves a huge amount of time by automating reporting instead of depending on manual exports. The dashboards are clear, customizable, and consistently up to date, which makes it much easier to monitor performance and share insights with clients or team members. Overall, it’s a simple, reliable, and efficient solution for marketing analytics. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Porter?

Overall, I haven’t run into any major issues. If I had to point out one area to improve, it would be adding more native integrations and providing deeper customization for certain reports and dashboards. Other than that, the platform feels reliable, is easy to use, and keeps getting better through regular updates. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"All My Marketing Data in One Place - Fast Insights and Easier Reporting with Porter"
5/5
What do you like best about Porter?

What I like best about Porter is that it brings my main marketing data sources together in one place and makes it much easier to analyze performance without constantly jumping between platforms. The integrations with marketing channels are very useful, and the MCP connection with Claude adds a lot of value because I can ask questions, explore data, and get insights much faster. It saves time on reporting and helps me focus more on decisions rather than manual data collection. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Porter?

Some parts of the setup can still feel a bit technical at the beginning, especially when connecting different data sources or trying to structure reports exactly the way I want. However, once everything is connected, the tool becomes much more useful and saves a lot of time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Unlocking Flexible HubSpot Reporting with Custom Metrics"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Porter?

Porter allows me to consolidate all of our HubSpot data into reports that I can't build natively in HubSpot. As we're on the Starter plan, it fills a number of reporting gaps but more importantly it lets us perform additional calculations and create custom metrics that HubSpot doesn't support. It's given us much more flexibility to build meaningful reports for the business. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Porter?

It was a bit fiddly to begin with and some of the reports weren't showing the correct data. After a call with support it seems the data wasn't pulling through correctly so my suggestion is don't spend too much time fiddly when you don't fully understand Porter and just book a call with a CSM! It's being resolved quickly and efficiently now. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortlessly Unifies Our Data"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Porter?

I love how effortlessly Porter brings all of our marketing channels together in one place. Before using it, pulling data from different advertising platforms and keeping spreadsheets updated manually felt like a never-ending chore. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Porter?

While the platform is generally very reliable, setting up custom field mappings across different channels can sometimes require a bit of initial tweaking to get everything aligned properly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Simple Interface, Great Value and performance with Claude Integrations"
4/5
What do you like best about Porter?

It has a very simple interface. I was confused to see other interfaces of brands in the market and porter metrics right away gave me peace and confidence. And I am happy about the claude integrations as i use ai a lot. The speed and performance was good, never hanged. And it is the most affordable one for a small time agency like mine. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Porter?

i found tutorials less accessible or not arranged well. and the use of templates etc is confusing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Reliable multi-channel reporting with ratio math that actually works."
4/5
What do you like best about Porter?

One-connector setup for the data sources that matter. I authenticate Google Ads, GA4, and Meta once and they flow into Looker Studio without me babysitting API quirks or rebuilding pulls every cycle. The ratio aggregation handling is the standout though. Blended metrics like CTR and CPA calculate correctly across any date range instead of averaging averages, which is the bug that breaks most native connector setups. That combination means I can hand stakeholders dashboards I actually trust. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Porter?

Full-file rebuilds when something breaks. When a ratio metric or blend is misconfigured, I'm often reworking the whole dashboard setup rather than patching the one calculation, which slows iteration. Connector auth can also drift and need re-authentication, and when a pull fails the error messaging doesn't always point clearly at the cause, so debugging takes longer than it should. None of it is a dealbreaker, but tighter error surfacing and more granular editing would smooth out the rough edges. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Setup, Fast Data Loads, and Cost Savings with Porter"
5/5
What do you like best about Porter?

If you are looking for a powerful alternative to traditional data connection tools, Porter is the way to go. What I like best is how effortless the implementation was. Right from the start, everything worked without any issues. The data load times are impressively fast, which has greatly improved our daily reporting performance. Additionally, it helps us reduce costs, as it is far more budget-friendly than our previous solution. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Porter?

So far, I haven’t noticed any downsides. Everything worked smoothly throughout the testing period. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Outstanding Field Coverage and Clear Documentation for Easy Migration"
5/5
What do you like best about Porter?

What I value most is the field coverage. Migrating a multi-platform social dashboard from another connector, I found that almost every metric I needed already existed as a native field - and where it didn't, the calculated-field logic was straightforward. The field documentation is detailed enough to map everything before touching Looker Studio. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Porter?

The trickiest part wasn’t Porter itself, but reconciling fields with my old connector. Some metrics come back with different values because the underlying platform APIs have evolved over time (for example, Meta merging impressions into views). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Campaign Analytics with Seamless Integration"
4/5
What do you like best about Porter?

I like how easy it is to connect Porter with Claude. I can just chat with Claude, use Porter to pull the data, and then have Claude interpret it. It simplifies my process because now I don't need to visit multiple sites to decipher my campaign results. Claude, using Porter, provides results and suggestions in plain, non-marketing language, making it straightforward for me. The initial setup with Porter was very easy too. I just took the MCP, integrated it with Claude, and it handled the rest. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Porter?

I think it can be connected to more places that are important for the campaign, not only Meta but also other platforms. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
