**What do you like best about Porter?**

Without a doubt, the quick and easy connection allowed me to create a dashboard in minutes, taking advantage of the available themes, replicating charts and tables according to my needs, without worrying too much about the design. As the days go by, I see that the data is reliable, even if I want to see the data of the day.

**What do you dislike about Porter?**

I think it could have more pre-built layouts to make dashboard creation even easier. The data sometimes took a while to load, and I even had to refresh it, but this was probably due to the volume I tried to load in the panel and the filters I applied. Overall, it performs well.

**What problems is Porter solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Thanks to Porter, I was able to aggregate Meta Ads data into a dashboard, with evolutionary graphs, performance by campaign, ad group, and individual ads. This made the work and performance transparent for the client, making reporting easier.

To start, I had to restart several times and I didn't find time yet to test the other tools (queries, and fields)

At this price point, it’s rare to find a tool that lets you aggregate marketing data without dealing with APIs connexions.

It's super easy to use the integration from looker studio into Porter Metrics, it connects immediately

I wish they were more clear about what you get in the free account versus paid.  I was under the impression that I could create as many connections as I wanted, but if I wanted you to create reports for me, that is where you would charge money.

I do not have time to go through the hassle of creating developer accounts with Meta and TikTok, getting my analytics sent to my looker studio dashboard saved me alot of time.

**What do you like best about Porter?**

The templates hooked me - they look better than most and felt like a great starting point for my dashboard. I already work in Looker Studio, so it was also a relatively easy transition.

**What do you dislike about Porter?**

I don't have much negative to say about Porter Metrics. Only slight inconvenience I ran into was some of the template pages and charts needed editing. But I wanted to make it custom anyway, so not a huge deal.

**What problems is Porter solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Biggest thing is that I now have a Facebook ads connector for Looker Studio. Having Google Ads and Facebook Ads data in one place is a big deal to me/company. I can have all Paid data, then drill down by channel, campaign, ad, etc. I also added internal attribution data to calculate CPA in an automated way.

**What do you like best about Porter?**

I'm a marketer, owner of a marketing agency and I use Porter for every customer, I've been using it since 2022. (It works great for big and small accounts, I work with SMBs)

They have basically every connector any marketer/data analyst could need and everything works perfectly. It's very easy to setup, they have tons of templates for an even simpler setup and they also have a very competitive price.

Also, Juan gives an amazing customer support, he cares deeply about his business. 

Love it, give it a shot and you won't regret it!

**What do you dislike about Porter?**

Sometimes they have a connection error, but nothing that doesn't get fixed fast (also every other platform has the same issue). Basically a 10/10!

**What problems is Porter solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Managing multiple data sources can be a huge pain for any business owner, marketer, executive or data analyst. Porter makes it easy to visualize every account/source you want/have without having to update the data manually.

It was easy to set up - literally just a few clicks. I’d been struggling to import Meta ads data into Looker Studio, so Porter helped a lot. The templates are also very customizable if you need to tweak a few things.

I’m struggling to find any weaknesses with Porter. It’s a tool that does exactly what it says it does, and it delivers on what I expected.

They ask for 5-star reviews to extend their 14-day free trial, but they offer no customer support. They do not answer emails and they do not join calls scheduled through their Calendly link.

I liked how practical the connectors are and the fact that Porter also provides template models.

Some of the performance indicators are showing errors. For example, I’m unable to view the total number of followers across all my Instagram profiles. Even when using the Kodalogic template, this metric returns an error.

What I like most about Porter:
- The ease and speed of its implementation and integration.
- The ability to instantly create automated marketing dashboards by connecting my data, then easily modify them by adding, removing, or adapting elements according to my needs.

I use it on a daily basis.

What I like the least is being forced to connect a personal Facebook account to display the associated ad accounts (for Meta Ads), and not being able to transfer data from an ad account created directly from Instagram.

Porter allows me to centralize my marketing data and create automated dashboards without having to manually export data from each platform. This saves me valuable time, reduces errors related to manual handling, and gives me a clear and instant view of my campaign performance. **What do you like best about Porter?**

Porter Metrics makes connecting data to Looker Studio incredibly easy. I was able to set up everything in just a few minutes without needing any technical knowledge. The platform is intuitive, and the integration works seamlessly. It has definitely saved me hours of manual work and improved my reporting workflows. Highly recommended for marketers and analysts looking to automate and simplify their dashboards.

**What do you dislike about Porter?**

My only downside is that in some formats, reel thumbnails don’t display properly, which can make visual analysis harder. Still, overall it's a fantastic tool for marketers and analysts.

**What problems is Porter solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Porter solves the problem of manually pulling and updating marketing data from multiple platforms. Instead of switching between tools like Facebook Ads, Google Analytics, and HubSpot, I can connect everything to Looker Studio in minutes. This saves me a lot of time and ensures my reports are always up to date, which helps me make faster, data-driven decisions. It also simplifies client reporting, since I can automate dashboards with real-time data.

**What do you like best about Porter?**

The price-quality ratio is very good and the product they offer seems appropriate to me. I have tried other providers and they are a bit expensive and have limitations or you need to pay a lot to unlock stages. It has a super easy integration. Implement it easily in personal dashboards and excels.

**What do you dislike about Porter?**

I have not had any issues yet and I haven't needed to contact them. Therefore, I don't know if their customer service is good or bad, so I can't give my opinion on this matter.

Collect the data from my campaigns and social media in different sheets to do my personal analyses in the way I need.

The best part about Porter is the active support. Juan and the team are always willing to jump on a call and help or help you through any communication means necessary. The Porter team is unmatched in quality and support.
