PortaPro is the operating system for rental and service companies in portable sanitation, septic pumping, roll-off dumpsters, temporary fencing, generators and event rentals. It replaces disconnected tools with one cloud platform that the office, the drivers and the customers all share. At the center is recurring billing that understands rentals. Each customer site carries a rate card listing what is placed there and how it is billed: monthly, every 28 days, weekly, per trip, or by the ton for roll-offs. PortaPro drafts every cycle's invoices automatically, prorates partial periods, applies credits, and runs a nightly billing health check that flags problems before a customer ever sees them. Customers pay by card or bank transfer online, can save a card for autopay, and the optional Cash Discount Program helps operators pass card fees on the right way. In the field, dispatchers schedule and optimize routes on a live map, and drivers use the PortaPro mobile app on iPhone, Android or a shared truck iPad to see their stops, capture GPS-stamped photos, record service reports and send proof of service. A built-in team walkie-talkie, team chat and calling keep crews connected. Inventory tracking follows every unit by its printed QR tag, from the yard to the truck to the customer site and back. Septic companies get pump-due predictions and reminder programs. Event companies get kits, tent systems and drag-and-drop event layouts. PortaPro stands apart because it was built for this industry instead of adapted from generic field service software, with flat monthly plans, unlimited users and no per-unit fees.
