Every customer can easily get resolution for their queries without contacting a customer service representative which saves users waiting time
They get quick solutions easily.

**What do you dislike about PortalXpand - Salesforce Customer Portal?**

Its very rare but i have personally faced sometimes issues creating a case on portal.

Need to have re-entry points while creating cases

**What problems is PortalXpand - Salesforce Customer Portal solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Users can easily raise a case making them independent.
With less agents users can solve their own problems with integrating SF data with portals.
Less waiting time

The ability for end-users to customize their info. via an integrated system, which is the most efficient process for both ends.

**What do you dislike about PortalXpand - Salesforce Customer Portal?**

Keeping up with the system updates would be the CON.  Many smaller or family-owned businesses typically do not have a full-time IT employee on payroll, so assigning a designated "Customer Success Tech" to each business would be beneficial.

**What problems is PortalXpand - Salesforce Customer Portal solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Eliminates the need for duplicate data entry. It "cuts out" the middleman so the end user can update any vital account information. Efficiency is essential for every business based on sales.
