PortalBase is one system for the people who do the work: store teams, hotel staff, plant operators, warehouse crews, construction and field service. Training, forms, inspections, safety records, certifications and corrective actions live in one app on the phone your people already carry. It works with no signal and syncs when they're back in range. Crews with no company email sign in with an employee ID and PIN. Leads, admins and executives work from the same records on the web, with company SSO. Describe a form, a training or a workflow and AI builds a draft for you to review and publish. Your people ask questions in plain words and get answers from your own documents, with the page cited. Import SCORM courses from your old LMS. Connect Claude, ChatGPT and Microsoft 365 Copilot. Every training, signature, inspection and fix is on the record, ready for an audit, a client or an inspector.
