Portal Worx is a project workspace built for construction and trades: main contractors, specialist contractors, fit-out firms and the architects working alongside them. Everything for a job lives in one place. Drawings, site photos, documents, reports, updates, sign-offs and message threads, organised by project rather than scattered across email, shared drives and WhatsApp groups. Invite your team, your client and anyone else on the job. Users are unlimited on every plan, so bringing in a client or subcontractor never costs more. Choose who gets notified when documents and photos are uploaded, and they can download straight from the email. Clients log in securely without a password to see how a job is progressing, so they stop ringing you for updates. A custom report builder handles site inspections, sign-offs and progress reports. Portal Worx complements the tools you already use rather than replacing them, so there is nothing to migrate before you start.
